■職務内容
Visual Designerとして、In vehicle Infotainmentにおける、新しい表現の2D、3Dデザインをコンセプトからアニメーションまで幅広く担当します。
自社の車両体験を視覚的に洗練させ、他社を超えるクオリティのエクスペリエンスを実現するために幅広いスキルを持つ Generalistとしてチームに参加していただきます。
本ポジションは、EV車の新たなスタンダードを創造するため、UIから3Dデザインまで多岐にわたる制作業務を担当することができ、視覚表現において自らのアイデアやコンセプトを形にするチャンスがあります。また、他社を超える車両体験をデザインするためのクリエイティブな挑戦ができる職場環境です。

■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities
Planning and implementation of designing all touchpoints with users working closely with top management exterior and interior styling teams development teams and product and service planning teams to provide innovative products and services that maximize the customer experience with superior usability.

■Job description
As a Visual Designer you will be responsible for a wide range of 2D and 3D design tasks from conceptualization to animation for our in vehicle infotainment system. You will join our team as a generalist utilizing a broad skill set to visually refine our vehicle experience and deliver a superior customer experience that surpasses our competitors.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of EV design working on projects spanning from UI to 3D design. You will have the chance to bring your ideas and concepts to life through visual expression. This is a creative and challenging environment where you can design the ultimate vehicle experience.

3．3Dデザインやモーショングラフィックスのスキルを持ち、ツール（After Effects、Cinema 4D、Blenderなど）を使用した経験
4．高いアニメーション・モデリングスキルと細部へのこだわり
5．新しいデザインツール・技術・トレンドに対する学習・探求意欲と活動

UIデザインまたはビジュアルデザインの実務経験
エンタープライズソフトウェアデザイン、映像制作、 VFXの経験
Unreal EngineなどのReal time graphicの経験
多様なレンダラー（Octane、Redshift、Vray、Cycles、Eevee）とShaderに関する知識
多様なツール（C4D Maya 3ds Max Blender Houdini Zbrush Unreal Engine Unity Adobe Creativeなど）に関する知識
WebGL、Three.jsなどのブラウザー描画に関する知識
Python、C++などのプログラミング言語に関する知識
プロジェクトを Launch、Deliverした経験
EV業界または自動車業界でのデザイン経験
デザインシステムの策定と運用の経験
クロスファンクショナルなチームでの経験
Stable Diffusionなどのディープラーニングを使用し作品を生成した経験

■語学力
日常会話レベル以上の英語
※日本語が母国語でない方：ビジネスレベル以上の英語

■Required skills / experience
Portfolio Submission （Required）: Clearly and concisely describe your contributions to each project and demonstrate your thought process and workflow. Please include any personal work （videos animations photos etc.）.
Ability to quickly visualize ideas.
Proficiency in 3D design and motion graphics tools such as After Effects Cinema 4D and Blender.
Strong animation and modeling skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and explore new design tools technologies and trends.

■Preferred skills / experience
Experience in UI or visual design.
Experience in enterprise software design video production or VFX.
Experience with real time graphics engines such as Unreal Engine.
Knowledge of various renderers （Octane Redshift Vray Cycles Eevee） and shaders.
Proficiency in various tools （C4D Maya 3ds Max Blender Houdini Zbrush Unreal Engine Unity Adobe Creative Suite etc.）.
Knowledge of WebGL and Three.js for browser rendering.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and C++.
Experience launching and delivering projects.
Experience in the EV or automotive industry.
Experience developing and managing design systems.
Experience working in cross functional teams.
Experience generating artwork using deep learning tools like Stable Diffusion.

■Language Skills
English: Conversational level or higher.
For non native Japanese speakers: Business level English or higher.
