求められる経験
■Requirements
・Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, luxury experience preferred.
・Proven ability to create engaging and impactful visual displays.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
・Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
・Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
・Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
・Business-level English proficiency.
・Experience with training and development is a plus.
・Experience in project management of new store design is a plus.
・Japanese language proficiency (written and verbal).
