They foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs an Accountant/Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing key financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within a fast-paced environment. You will be a key player in the financial health of the company, working closely with other team members to streamline processes and improve accuracy.■Main tasks include・Manage monthly payment transactions using TOKIUM and OBIC7 building management modules.・Review and check internal expense reports (TOKIUM/SAP Concur).・Issue invoices (Japanese and English) – creating from the ERP system (OBIC7) and delivering electronically (200+/month).・Manage administrative tasks such as courier arrangements, PDF creation, document filing, sealing requests and petty cash.・(Senior Accountant) Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual closing of MCDR and data center operating SPCs (Tokutei Mokuteki Kaisha structure).・(Senior Accountant) Conduct accounting analysis for new/ad-hoc transactions.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply now.We look forward to hearing from you.#LI-Hybrid

■EXPERIENCE
・Minimum 1 year of accounting experience or AP/AR experience

■OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
・Minimum Boki Level 3 is a plus
・Business Level English: Reading/Writing (fluent speaking skill is not required at staff level)
・Business/ Native Level Japanese
・Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (at least Xlookup and Sumif)

■Education
・Bachelor’s Degree
