Description de tâches
En tant qu’assistant(e) à la direction, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement quotidien de la boutique. Vous participez à la gestion des opérations telles que l’ouverture et la fermeture du magasin, la gestion de la caisse et les dépôts journaliers. En l'absence du directeur, vous assurez la supervision de l'équipe, tout en offrant un service client exemplaire.
Vous contribuez également à la présentation visuelle de la boutique (étalages, affichage, propreté) afin de respecter les standards de l’entreprise. Enfin, vous participez à la planification des budgets et à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente.
