BILINGUAL EVENT PLANNER (FRENCH/ENGLISH)

The Job!

As part of the events team, you’ll help bring a variety of programs and initiatives to life - both in-person and virtual. You’ll:

• Plan and coordinate professional events from concept to execution
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless delivery
• Manage budgets, vendors, and logistics
• Support marketing and communications efforts for event promotion
• Handle reporting, post-event feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Other tasks as assigned.

What you bring to the job

You are passionate about event planning and ensuring everyone has a positive experience. You are hardworking, efficient, and proactive, and determined to successfully lead projects from beginning to end. You also have the following qualities:

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• 5+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or project management
• Background in hospitality, communications, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with in-person and virtual events
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Expected Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 CAD annually.
