About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Chief People Officer to spearhead the transformation and scaling of our HR organization. In this influential role, you will collaborate with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to design and execute an innovative, technology-driven people strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth and innovation objectives. You will be instrumental in evolving the HR function into a strategic partner, developing a people strategy that fosters a high-performing, distributed workforce, and constructing an integrated HR technology ecosystem utilizing AI, analytics, and automation.
Your expertise will be vital in nurturing a strong, values-driven culture, enhancing leadership capabilities, and guiding change management initiatives. We seek an individual with a robust track record of leading HR transformations within large, fast-growing organizations. You should bring a deep understanding of people analytics, organizational design, and the strategic application of AI in HR. A background in vibrant, entrepreneurial environments is essential, along with exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage effectively at the Board level. You must be devoted to cultivating inclusive, high-performance cultures and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of people practices, emphasizing compliance, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), total rewards, and employee relations.
