About the Role:

A logistics and trade services sector is seeking a Credit Analyst to join its growing finance team. This role supports the organization’s credit and collections operations during an exciting rollout phase, ensuring data accuracy and process improvement across a large client base in both Canada and the U.S.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, comfort working with evolving systems, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the implementation of new credit and collections functionality.
• Review and analyze client credit data to manage risk and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accuracy across client records and reporting databases.
• Identify and address gaps in current systems, helping streamline credit processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting and support project milestones.

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in a credit or collections analyst role.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment, account reconciliation, and data management.
• Comfort working in developing systems and processes.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP or CRM systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A university or college degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
