This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Brampton, ON. The Customer Service Specialist will handle daily interactions with customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, managing phone calls professionally, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. The role involves being a key point of contact for customers and promoting a positive customer relationship.
