Barn2Door is a high growth food+tech startup with headquarters in Nashville, TN. We offer an all-in-one solution to help Independent Farmers manage and scale their direct-to-market business. Barn2Door provides software and services to help Farmers create and promote their brand, sell online and in person and save time managing their business.

Serving 1000s of Farmers across all 50 states, our goal is to make it easy to buy local Food directly from local Farms. In this role as a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a versatile and hands-on driver of our online strategy. Youll be responsible for aligning and coordinating across stakeholders, to execute on marketing priorities from social media to content, media production and partner management. You will be responsible for managing the marketing teams project management tools, running team meetings, prioritizing tasks, and regularly checking in on and communicating project progress.

You would be expected to wear many hats, and have a hard work ethic, a type A personality and be insatiably curious. We would be delighted to meet if you are extremely well-organized, detail oriented, and eager to support a marketing department executing in a high growth environment.

You Are:

You Have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong preference for experience in an e-commerce environment
  • Experience using technology and productivity tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies and tactics
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like HubSpot
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to produce clean, compelling copy for blogs, web pages, emails, and social media
  • Strong interpersonal skills to help manage partner relationships
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and an understanding of strategies for major platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Bonus: You have experience leveraging generative AI tools to assist with content ideation, SEO keyword research, and copy generation

You Will:

  • Support the planning, executing, and tracking of the marketing department's campaigns & projects
  • Assist in managing meeting agendas and running meetings
  • Manage content on various content management systems (CMS)
  • Spearhead content generation, creating compelling, SEO-optimized content such as blogs, eBooks, and podcast scripts
  • Create engaging copy for digital marketing materials, including websites, emails, and social media posts
  • Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement and followership
  • Play a key role in supporting our marketing partnerships by collaborating on partner-focused content and opportunities.
  • Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
