What Youll Do

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize single and omni-channel digital marketing campaigns
• Work with a cross-departmental team to support the execution of Frostbank.com projects and maintain the master backlog of upcoming initiatives
• Partner with Frosts Community Banking and Consumer Operations teams in delivering online support for Frost branch locations (e.g., online event promotions, location search listings, etc.)
• Develop and implement Frost marketing emails to ensure alignment with current marketing campaigns across the organization
• Collect and document business and user requirements for digital marketing initiatives, supporting the translation of those needs into actionable items
• Assist with analysis of Frosts digital activity (web, mobile, digital media) including behavior analysis, traffic, campaign effectiveness, target segmentation and enhancements
• Assist with planning and execution of digital marketing activities and campaigns
• Always take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve winwin outcomes

What Youll Need

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field; or equivalent experience in digital marketing
• 2+ years of experience with marketing or digital campaigns
• Experience with website content management and/or digital marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
