・部品メーカーとの折衝・共同開発経験(部品メーカーとして自動車メーカーとの折衝経験も可) ・ある分野において、飛び抜けた知見とスキルを有する方(自分の武器を持ち、自身の強みを客観的に理解できる)
・自身の行動に関する報告と方向修正を自ら上位者に積極的に確認できる。
・優先順位付け、対外的な折衝が自身の判断で出来、定期的に上位者の判断を仰ぐことで上位者に代わり部門代表として的確な判断が出来る。
