You will build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, conduct thorough market research, and negotiate favorable contracts. You'll be a key player in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services, contributing directly to the success of various projects and initiatives. 求められる経験
■Required Core Skills
Project Management, Market Research, Negotiations, Supplier Management, Business Engagement, Contract Execution, knowledge of Japan-specific business customs (e.g. Subcontractor Act).

■Required Technical Skills
Proficient to Advanced skills in MS Office programs. Heavier usage of Excel and Powerpoint expected. For Excel, at a minimum you will need to have familiarity with Pivot Table analysis, basic index matching / VLOOKUP capability and be able to work with large data sets.

■Required Language Skills
Native Level Japanese proficiency (reading, writing and speaking as you will deal with suppliers both in writing and in meetings). Business Level English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking as English will be needed for internal matters).

■Required Qualifications
High School Graduation, with University Graduation (Undergraduate degree or equivalent) and Master"s / PhD degrees being a plus. 5 years of work experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain.
