You'll spearhead the identification and collaboration with external partners – from startups to large corporations and government agencies – to develop cutting-edge solutions to critical healthcare challenges. 求められる経験
■ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in new business development, strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successful project management, preferably involving significant budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex scientific and business concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) is required.
