Based in Ooimachi, Tokyo, we're a growing company with a passion for quality and a collaborative spirit.The Opportunity:We're seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Accountant to manage all accounting functions for our Japan operations. This is a pivotal role that offers the chance to contribute significantly to a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities:•Manage all day-to-day accounting operations.•Prepare financial statements and reports.•Ensure compliance with Japanese accounting standards and regulations.•Communicate regularly with the Country Manager (Japan) and our Headquarters in Italy.Qualifications:•2-3 years of accounting experience in Japan.•Fluent Japanese language skills (both written and verbal).•Advanced English language skills (both written and verbal) for international communication.Compensation:Annual salary range: 6,500,000 - 8,000,000 JPYWhy Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant Italian company culture with a relaxed work style.
