Description DE L’ENTREPRISE

Nous sommes une entreprise dynamique spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication de systèmes manufacturiers. Les concepts novateurs d’automatisation que nous utilisons dans chaque système s’apparentent à de l’intelligence artificielle. L’entreprise est située à Terrebonne, près des grands axes routiers (et loin du trafic montréalais !). Nos principaux clients sont situés en Amérique du Nord.

RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES

• Recevoir et vérifier la marchandise selon les priorités établies.
• Vérifier la concordance entre les articles reçus, le bon de livraison et le bon d’achat (quantité et description).
• Identifier, étiqueter et entreposer les pièces de façon ordonnée et sécuritaire.
• Maintenir l’exactitude de l’inventaire (quantité et localisation) par des ‘’spot-check’’
• Effectuer l’échantillonnage et l’inspection des pièces selon les critères de qualité et les dessins techniques.
• Remplir les rapports d’inspection et les RNC en cas de non-conformité.
• Collaborer avec les achats et soutenir l’équipe du magasin (picking, réception, expéditions).
• Répondre aux besoins de la clientèle interne et maintenir un environnement de travail propre.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
• Expérience avec des logiciels ERP, maîtrise de Microsoft Office; (atout).
• Expérience en gestion d’inventaire et en contrôle de qualité.
• Rigueur, souci du détail et bonne organisation.
• Polyvalence, proactivité et bonne communication.
• Capacité à gérer les priorités et le stress.
• Expérience avec chariot élévateur et bilinguisme (atouts).
• Capacité à soulever jusqu’à 40 lb.

STOREKEEPER and QUALITY CONTROL

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are a dynamic company specializing in the design and manufacture of industrial systems. The innovative automation concepts we use in each system are similar to artificial machine intelligence. The company is located in Terrebonne, close to major highways (and far from Montreal traffic!)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Receive and inspect goods according to established priorities.
• Verify that the items received match the packing slip and purchase order (quantity and description).
• Identify, label, and store parts in an orderly and secure manner.
• Maintain inventory accuracy (quantity and location) through spot checks.
• Sample and inspect parts according to quality criteria and technical drawings.
• Complete inspection reports and RNCs in case of non-compliance.
• Collaborate with purchasing and support the warehouse team (picking, receiving, shipping).
• Respond to internal customer needs and maintain a clean work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with ERP software, proficiency in Microsoft Office (an asset).
• Experience in inventory management and quality control.
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Versatile, proactive, and good communicator.
• Ability to manage priorities and stress.
• Experience with forklifts and bilingualism (assets).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
