We are hiring a Hotel Night Auditor!

Role Responsibilities:

This Night Auditor plays an important role in the overall hotel operations. This an overnight position that ensures the activities from the day were recorded and balanced, while also delivering exceptional service to our guests. The responsibilities of the Hotel Night Auditor include:

• Providing friendly and efficient service to our guests
• Being empowered to Make it Right for our guests (from memorable experiences to problem resolution)
• Processing credit card transactions and other (restaurant, events, lounge) for the day
• Handling phone system, transferring calls, reservations, etc.
• Verify, balance and review hotel room availability
• Perform Check-in and Check-out procedures
• Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shifts
• Prepare folios for the morning departing guests
• Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast set up if needed
• Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
• Previous hotel/night audit experience is considered an asset
• Post secondary education in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Business, etc... is considered an asset

Rate of Pay: $24.27 CAD/Hour
