Job Description

Part-Time English Teacher for Children (Grades 1–6 / Elementary School Age)

at English Villagers (Narashino City, Chiba /closest station: JR Tsudanuma or JR Makuharihongo Station)

English Villagers is an English education facility mainly for Elementary school children.

English Villagers is looking for a part-time English teacher, a native English speaker

with a minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching English to children (pre-school to elementary school age)

The candidate should be proactive, positive, and flexible to any changes, ensuring that English Villagers is a welcoming place.

The candidate must hold a valid VISA that allows them to work in this position.

【Terms】

Position: English Educator
Contract Type: Part Time
Rate: 2,000 - 2,500 JPN yen/hour
Commuting Fee: Within 20,000 yen/month
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (no break).
Able to work 3 to 5 days per week.
Holidays: Morning, Weekends, and National holidays are OFF.
Period: Starts now until the end of March 2026 (including a 3-month probation period/ will be extended based upon performance.)

※ The candidate will have a chance to work as a Full-time worker with VISA sponsorship, depending on the performance.

【Responsibilities】

Teaching primarily elementary school-aged children (some younger or older children may also join).
Supporting the Head Teacher.
