役割

エシロールルクスオティカの福井県鯖江市の製造拠点、福井めがね工業でサプライチェーンに参加し、生産スケジューリングの担当する方を募集しています。

Your role

We are looking for a Supply Chain team member who will be responsible for Production Scheduling in Fukui Megane (Sabae, Japan)

主な職務内容:

生産スケジューリング :

• 毎日の詳細な生産スケジュールを担当し、生産能力/WIP/OUTPUTのバランスをとり、定義された産業計画に基づいて適切な量を把握する。

プロセスの最適化：

• 生産スケジュールを継続的に評価・最適化し、優先順位の変更、機械のダウンタイム、その他の変数に基づいて必要に応じて調整を行う。

コラボレーションとコミュニケーション：

• 生産スケジュールを市場要件に合わせるため、部門横断チーム（エンジニアリング、物流、調達）と調整する。スケジュールの変更や更新を効果的に伝える。

追跡と報告:

• 生産実績を監視し、スケジュールに対する進捗状況を追跡し、主要業績評価指標（KPI）に関する定期的なレポートを作成する。

Main responsibilities:

Production Scheduling :

• Responsible of daily detailed production schedules, balancing production capacity / WIP / OUTPUT, knowing the correct volume based on the defined Industrial Plan.

Process Optimization :

• Continuously evaluate and optimize production schedules, making adjustments as necessary based on changes priorities, machine downtime, or other variables.

Collaboration and Communication :

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, procurement) to align production schedules with market requirements. Communicate schedule changes and updates effectively.

Tracking and Reporting :

• Monitor production performance, track progress against schedules, and produce regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) 

主な採用要件

• 工学または関連分野の学士号以上の取得者。
• 製品およびプロセスに関する技術的知識。
• SAP ERPシステムに精通していれば尚可。
• データ分析、レポーティングが得意な方
• 問題解決能力、積極性、正確性。
• 部門横断的なコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーションに長けている。
• 英語と日本語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力。　

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or relevant field.
• Technical Knowledge of Product and Process.
• Familiar with SAP ERP System as a plus.
• Good at data analysis and reporting
• Problem-solving skills, proactive and precise.
• Good cross-functional communications, and presentation skill.
• English and Japanese communication skills.

6ヶ月間のインターンシップ終了後、人事考課により正社員への登用を検討も可能です。

Upon completing the 6-month internship, candidates may be considered for full-time employment based on performance evaluation.
