Receptionist for Spableen Pet Grooming Location Montréal, QC :

Spableen Pet Grooming is seeking a dedicated, friendly, and people-oriented Receptionist with experience handling cats and dogs to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking appointments and managing the grooming schedule
• Communicating effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person to ensure their needs are met with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Processing payments and managing transactions accurately
• Assisting and coordinating with groomers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Monitoring and being attentive to the needs of cats and dogs while they are in the facility, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Cleaning and organizing the reception area, grooming spaces, and other common areas to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment
• Handling cats and dogs calmly and confidently, addressing any behavioral issues with care
• Being responsible and reliable, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and with professionalism
• Providing excellent customer service by being approachable, patient, and helpful with all clients

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both French and English
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly and approachable with a strong ability to connect with people
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with cats and dogs, with the ability to handle them calmly and confidently
• A genuine love for animals and a passion for providing them with the best care possible
• Previous experience in a similar role within a pet grooming or veterinary environment is strongly preferred

Description du Poste :

Spableen Pet Grooming est à la recherche d'un(e) réceptionniste dévoué(e), amical(e) et orienté(e) vers les relations humaines, avec une expérience dans la manipulation des chats et des chiens, pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que premier point de contact pour nos clients, vous jouerez un rôle crucial pour garantir une expérience positive pour les animaux et leurs propriétaires. Vos responsabilités incluront :

• Prendre des rendez-vous et gérer le calendrier des soins
• Communiquer efficacement avec les clients par téléphone, par courriel et en personne, en répondant à leurs besoins avec un comportement amical et professionnel
• Traiter les paiements et gérer les transactions avec précision
• Assister et coordonner avec les toiletteurs pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations
• Surveiller et être attentif(ve) aux besoins des chats et des chiens pendant leur séjour dans l'établissement, en veillant à leur confort et à leur sécurité
• Nettoyer et organiser la zone de réception, les espaces de toilettage, et les autres espaces communs pour maintenir un environnement propre et accueillant
• Manipuler les chats et les chiens avec calme et assurance, en abordant avec soin tout problème de comportement
• Être responsable et fiable, en veillant à ce que toutes les tâches soient effectuées efficacement et avec professionnalisme
• Fournir un excellent service client en étant accessible, patient(e) et serviable avec tous les clients

Qualifications :

• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle
• Amical(e) et accessible avec une forte capacité à établir des liens avec les gens
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à organiser son temps efficacement dans un environnement dynamique
• Expérience dans le travail avec les chats et les chiens, avec la capacité de les manipuler calmement et avec assurance
• Un amour sincère pour les animaux et une passion pour leur offrir les meilleurs soins possibles
• Une expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire au sein d'un centre de toilettage ou d'un environnement vétérinaire est fortement préférée
