• ✅ Active NY RN License (Primary Source Verification)
• ✅ AHA BLS
• ✅ Min. 2 yrs acute care experience in: Med-Surg, Maternal & Child, Critical Care, Pediatrics
• ✅ Current Maternal Child Home Health experience
• ✅ L&D and NICU experience required
• ✅ Caseload: 4–8 cases/day
• ✅ Must be willing to travel to patients’ homes within Bronx Borough
• ✅ Rotating weekends required
