The Accelerate program offers a comprehensive journey for new graduates, combining rotational assignments with opportunities for personal and professional growth. In this role, you will join a fast-paced, client-centric, and collaborative environment within a pre-determined business line that will challenge you and provide you with opportunities to learn and grow into a Business Banker. The 9 to 12-month rotational program offers roles in various cities across Canada, with coach-supported opportunities to learn, practice, and apply the skills needed to excel in your assigned business line. You will also have access to skill-building workshops and challenging work-integrated learning opportunities that will rapidly accelerate your development.

The Accelerate program offers unique rotations within areas such as Commercial Distribution, Roynat Capital, Global Risk Management, Real Estate Banking, Payments and Cash Management, and Agriculture Banking. You will have a dedicated Senior Program Manager who provides individual mentorship, coaching, and development to facilitate smooth rotations. This guidance is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and experience to embark on a successful career after the program concludes.
