Operations is the foundation that keeps Wolts experience running smoothly. We design and improve the endtoend journeyfrom courier partner acquisition onboarding and support all the way to delivery reaching the user. Through ongoing refinements to our earnings/compensation models we balance partner motivation with delivery quality while optimizing costs and adjusting supplydemand city by cityfast.
Our scope ranges from handling daily inquiries to improving our chatbot and Help Center and driving internal and external projects toward standardization. We work closely with HQ and global teams making datadriven decisions and implementing improvements quickly.

The Supply Team owns the endtoend flow from courier partner acquisition through onboarding to first delivery building an optimal supply setup that adapts to demand. Depending on the city season and business phase we flex our strategy and run multiple channelsB2B partner development social ads field activities and referrals etc. After registration we keep polishing the onboarding experience until FTD. Its a dynamic team whose work directly moves the business.
