Assist in the setup and teardown of events, including seating arrangements, décor, equipment, and signage.
Greet guests with professionalism and ensure they feel welcomed and supported throughout the event.
Provide on-site support for event activities, including registration, ushering, guiding guests, and coordinating with vendors.
Address guest inquiries and help resolve concerns quickly and calmly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe event environment at all times.
Support event supervisors and managers in ensuring smooth event operations.
Follow company standards, safety protocols, and event-specific guidelines.
Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is an asset but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks related to event setup.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
